About The Inspiring Cook

The Inspiring Cook  is a blog created to inspire families to cook and eat more natural home-cooked meals. Our goal is to make eating at home easier by teaching you how to prepare healthy meals in a quick, fun and affordable way. As you browse through the site, you'll see that my food philosophy is simple. Food should  taste good, nourish the body and preserve health. In other words, I believe in eating  REAL, NATURAL FOOD prepared simply and quickly.
